What is CMPoints?
CMPoints is a customer rewards program from RamQuest. As a RamQuest title company, simply conduct business as usual using Complete Closing with the Closing Market interface -- accept orders from your mortgage lenders/brokers and order services from Closing Market service providers -- and you will earn points based on qualifying, paid transactions. These points can then be applied as a credit toward your annual maintenance!
How do I get started in the CMPoints program?
Participation in the CMPoints program is free and, if you are already registered for Closing Market, you have been automatically enrolled in the CMPoints program! You will now earn points for every qualifying transaction that you make through Closing Market. Additionally, you will receive 1000 bonus CMPoints when you complete your first qualifying transaction.

How are CMPoints calculated?
Closing Market transactions with different business partners carry different point values. Following is a list of standard CMPoint values per transaction for the business partners on Closing Market. Actual points may vary if a contractual agreement is in effect that varies from the standard contact.

If a Closing Market business partner is not listed above, transactions with that partner do not qualify for the CMPoints program.
How can I check my CMPoints balance?
To see your CMPoints balance, go to your “Our Enterprise” screen and select “CMPoints Balance” from the menu on the right hand side of the screen. This takes you to the “CMPoints Balance” screen where you will see your monthly totals in addition to your annual CMPoints balance.
CMPoints balances are updated one time each month. This update is performed no later than the 10th day of the month. The balance shown as of the 10th day of any given month will include CMPoints accumulation for all transactions through the last day of the month prior.
What is the value of my CMPoints?
Each point that you accumulate has a value of $.05 as a credit toward your annual maintenance.
How do I redeem my CMPoints?
Points may be redeemed as a credit toward your RamQuest annual maintenance as long as your account is in good standing. A minimum of 1500 points are required for redemption. CMPoints must be redeemed BEFORE annual maintenance is paid; adjustments to annual maintenance billing for CMPoints will not be made once maintenance has been paid. To redeem points, follow the redemption instructions on your "CMPoints Balance" screen.
CMPoints may be carried over for up to 2 years; this 2 year period begins on the day that the points are accumulated. After 2 years, unused points will be removed from your CMPoints account.
What if my CMPoints Balance is not correct?
Any discrepancies with CMPoints balances must be reported within 30 days of monthly CMPoints balance update. Any discrepancies reported after 30 day period will not be investigated. Please direct all CMPoints balance discrepancy questions with a detailed email including your Enterprise ID to cmpoints@closingmarket.com.
