How to Join
1. Click here to go to the Title Company Registration Page
2. On the Registration Page complete your user and company information.
Most of the values are self explanatory, but there are a few particular entries that you need to be aware of for the most efficient registration and use of this powerful tool:
User Group - Each Enterprise requires at least one Enterprise Admin to
configure additional users and manage partners on the network.
Recommended Value - “Enterprise Admin”
Primary Contact - This contact is the main contact for any Closing Market news
and updates.
Recommended Value - Checked or “Yes”
View All Orders for Enterprise - Allows the user to see all the orders
submitted for their Enterprise through Closing Market.
Un-checking this value will only allow the user to see
the orders that they submit through the network

3. Click SUBMIT when you have finished this screen and are ready to proceed.
4. You will need to setup the products that your company will offer. Browse to the Enterprise Product Page and select the appropriate products in the following categories and use the arrows to move them to the “My Closing Products” list.
5. You will also need to setup the states in which your company offers Title. Browse to the Product States Page and select the state(s) where you offer your products by selecting the appropriate Product Categories from the drop-down list, selecting the list of states where you offer this product from the Available States list and moving them to the States Covered box using the arrows.
6. Once you have selected the state coverage for each product that you offer click on the NEXT button.
7. You will need to setup the counties for each Product/State combination. Browse to the Product Counties Page and once you have selected all the appropriate counties, click Next.
You are now redirected to the Closing Market – Home Page. Once your account is activate, you will be able to setup additional users, request Trading Partner Relationships on behalf of your enterprise, and view you transaction history.
