Mark McElroy, President and CEO

Mark McElroy began his career in Fortune 100 application development and technology deployment in 1984.  He has since been involved in major application development and technology support for Healthcare, Wholesale Distribution and Technologies Consulting that have resulted in countless successful implementations helping businesses save millions of dollars in efficiencies.  In 1993 he moved to implementing SAP in large multi-national companies and in 1996 became a partner in IT Services, Inc. where, as a key member of the executive management team, he helped grow that business to $40M in annual revenues by 2000.  In May 2001, along with several other investors, McElroy purchased RamQuest.  Since the purchase, under McElroy’s direction, RamQuest has more than quadrupled its user base and revenues.  Mark McElroy currently serves as President and CEO of RamQuest Software, Inc.

     

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Paul Bandiera, Chief Strategy Officer

Paul Bandiera began his career as a Technical Project Manger and Consultant in 1992. He has since been involved in major software implementations and operational redesigns across a variety of industries including: Retail, Healthcare, Oil and Gas, Chemical, and Hi-Tech. Drawing on a multidisciplinary background that encompasses the full scope of business activities, Bandiera’s responsibilities have included consulting practice development, proposals and timelines for large-scale implementation projects, recruiting and managing staff, strategic partnership development, and general consultant practice management.  In 1998 IT Services Inc., an SAP consulting company, brought Bandiera on board as Solutions Center Director.  During his tenure, Bandiera led efforts to launch a profitable new business line centered on remote development and outsourced SAP support. In 2001 Bandiera formed a consulting and resource management company providing project management for a number of clients including RamQuest Software, Inc.  Bandiera joined RamQuest on a full-time basis in 2002 and currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Steve Terry , COO

Steve Terry began his career as an internal auditor for a bank holding Company in 1983.  In 1986, he joined Coopers & Lybrand (now Price Waterhouse Coopers) where he advanced to a senior audit manager specializing entrepreneurial companies.  In 1994, Terry joined Technical Directions as the CFO where he oversaw the company’s corporate planning, strategic forecasting, internal accounting, finance and information technology functions.  He played a key role in five acquisitions by Technical Directions including strategic and operational integration of the combined businesses.  In 2000, he was part of the management team that divested the Technical Directions from Affiliated Computer Services.  Terry joined RamQuest Software in 2001 and has since served the company as Chief Financial Officer.  Terry accepted the additional responsibility of Chief Operations Officer in 2005.

Mick Goldstein, Senior Vice President Business Development

Mick Goldstein joined RamQuest Software in November, 2006, as Senior Vice President, Business Development.  In this role, Mick leads the development, sales and marketing efforts of Closing Market™, a digital marketplace that connects business trading partners securely and in real-time.

Prior to joining RamQuest Mick spent six years with RealEC Technologies, Inc., most  recently as Executive Vice President, Business Development there where he led the business functions of RealEC Technologies, including sales, marketing, operations, product development, and major client and service provider relationships.

Earlier in his career, Mick served as Vice President, Client Support Services for Chicago Title and Trust for 3 years; and as Vice President, Client Support Services for Informative Research for 7 years.  Before joining Informative Research, Goldstein owned and was President and CEO of Mutogo Data Corporation. 

Goldstein graduated from UCLA in 1966 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. He has resided in Irvine, California since 1975. He and his wife Penny have two sons and three grandchildren.

     

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Mark Holley, Vice President Sales and Marketing

Mark Holley started his career in the computer network services industry in 1985. He has since worked with Fortune 1000 companies designing, implementing and maintaining network infrastructure. Holley’s cross-industry experience established a strong foundation for his consulting role helping companies reach long-term business goals. In 1988 he joined the management team at DataStar USA.  During his tenure, annual revenues increased from 2 to 14 million. In May 2001 Holley was hired by RamQuest as the National Director of Sales.  RamQuest has since become the leading independent software provider in the Title Industry.  Holley was moved into the role of Associate Vice President, Business Development, identifying and integrating title software with new, emerging markets and currently serves as Vice President, Sales and Marketing and is responsible for the strategic direction of RamQuest’s sales and marketing efforts.

Additionally, Mark Holley serves on the Membership Committee for the American Land Title Association and on the Annual Conference & Communications & Marketing Committees for the Texas Land Title Association.
